Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including: tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery timeframe.

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination.

US/CAN/UK: 5-8 Business Days
AUS/NZ: 6-9 Business Days
International: 5-9 Business Days.

These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, high-volume periods, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and size of the items, and selected shipping method.

From time to time, promotional offers may include free shipping, when applicable.

4. International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping.

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and local fees or charges.

These costs are determined by local authorities and are not included in product or shipping prices.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, or unreachable recipients.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, you may request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund (excluding original shipping costs).

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Delays caused by customs inspections or carriers during peak seasons are not refundable.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

8. Packaging
